Sunday afternoon we took the boys to a church in town to walk through their recreation of Bethleham the night Jesus was born. It is a huge production and so life like. They really go all out. And it appears they have been doing this marketplace for 20+ years. Just amazing.
Before going into the market you wait in the auditorium and they have music and such while you wait. The place was full but the wait really wasn’t too long at all.
then it was off to the market. where we saw camels
street preachers
got to pet some chickens
were stopped by the roman soldiers
then made our way to the stables were we saw more animals
and saw the baby jesus in the manger
