Friday morning baby brother and I went in to wake Matthew. I took the chance and got some pics of the two boys together.

The reason for getting up and ready early was to take Silas to the dr. He had to go in for a weight check. So off we headed. And what a relief it was when the scale read 7 lbs 5 oz! He was over his birth weight and he gained 1/2 a lb in a week! Fantastic!! Dr said he looks great and he sees no reason to see him before his 2 month check up so unless something changes or we just want to come in and weigh him then we wont go back until Dec!
After the dr appt it was a special lunch for us all. Time for some hibachi! Matthew was so excited as you can see. The waitress we had was the same one Dad and Matt had while mom and Silas were still in the hospital. She remembered them and was so excited to see baby brother! It was too funny.

Of course after spending the rest of the afternoon at home hanging out we decided last minute to go to the drive in. We watched Puss in Boots (well Dad and Matt did cause mom and brother slept through most of it!) and then Footloose! Mom woke up for that one and so glad she did. What a great job they did with that remake!
