Jeff and I went to do the BoroDash that morning in the fog and cold! It really felt great to go get in 4 miles. Of course I was pretty slow and Jeff was chomping to run but he didn’t leave me behind. Guess he felt sorry for me! LOL

We ate a huge lunch and hung out all day! so fun! I am thankful for so many things especially family!
